Azure Cloud Systems Administrator
12-08-2020

As our Azure Cloud Systems Administrator, you ensure that our cloud environment always performs at “Champions League” level and you know better than anyone else how to do this.

As an Azure Cloud Systems Administrator, you work on the optimal functioning of Gateway's services on a daily basis.

Gateway Software offers SaaS services for processing all kinds of Customs formalities and is a specialist in processing e-Commerce shipments. This involves sending declarations and receiving return messages, links in various formats, real-time links with Customs, and much more. Everything aimed at optimal control and insight into Customs processes. With expertise, enthusiasm and knowledge of the market, Gateway is continuously being worked on in a pleasant, young and dynamic team.

Your main responsibilities consist of the day-to-day management of the Azure cloud, DevOps and Intune environment. With digitization as one of the most important pillars within Gateway, you are the ideal colleague for optimizing our IT landscape. This includes architecture, infrastructure and processes. After the "lift and shift" Azure migration, we want to make an optimization in our IT environment. This is therefore the main reason that you, as our new colleague, have the knowledge and experience with similar processes.

What will you do and what are your responsibilities?

You ensure that our customers can carry out their work anytime and anywhere. And they must also be able to do this very efficiently and effectively. You are the sparring partner for your fellow team members when it comes to technical challenges, innovation and solutions to (migration) issues. 2nd line management tasks will also be performed to keep the IT landscape in order. In addition, you maintain contacts with suppliers (Gateway outsources a large part of the activities of infrastructure, telecommunications and applications) and you coordinate the agreed changes and projects, which you have (partly) initiated yourself.
