What will you be doing and what are your responsibilities?

You are the "business card" of Gateway Software and the "first point of contact" for our customers. You give them the feeling they are being taken care of. With you, they are not just a number, because they get direct help, even if you can't immediately provide a solution. You are there. Always.

This means, among other things, that you will undertake the following tasks:

  • Answering the general phone
  • Receiving and following up on incidents reported by customers
  • Communication towards customers
  • Communication towards third parties, e.g., the Customs Office

We like to keep it cozy in our team:

  • You provide snacks and drinks during our Friday afternoon drinks
  • You also take care of other shopping, such as office supplies
  • You like to make our office a fun place to work in
  • You provide support wherever needed.
