Gateway Software provides SaaS for Customs activities and Bonded Warehouse operations, specialising in the processing of e-Commerce shipments. This involves the sending of declarations, receiving return messages, integrating various formats, real-time connections with Customs, and, where applicable, via our Bonded Warehouse linked to the customer's ERP system. Everything is aimed at providing optimal control over and insight into Customs processes. Our friendly, dynamic team continually improves the Gateway product with expertise, enthusiasm, and a comprehensive understanding of the market.
What will you do?
- Onboarding new clients.
- Providing support and advice on the optimal application of our Customs software.
- Training users.
- Supporting sales through demos and substantive knowledge.
- Specifying (client-specific) wishes.
- In some cases, involvement in product development.
- Testing of functionality and/or releases to be delivered.

- Planning of activities.
- (In some cases) reporting hours spent per assignment.
- Producing progress reports.
- Attending internal and external training for both vocational knowledge and skills, as well as to acquire knowledge of logistics/customs.
- Further developing the good reputation of Gateway.
- Feeding back market queries.
What are you responsible for?
- Effective communication with customers and relationships of Gateway.
- Execution of projects, within the frameworks agreed with the customer.
- Providing customers with a 9+ experience in customer service.
- Reporting on the progress of projects and customer service activities.
Where will you work?
- Activities can be performed both on-site at clients' locations and at Gateway's office. Occasionally, the client's location may be outside the Netherlands. There is also the possibility to work from home one day a week.

Who are you?
- Ideally, you have already gained similar work experience and have completed an HBO education or have equivalent work and thinking level. A degree in an area such as Logistics Engineering, (Technical) Business Administration, Transport Studies, or an IT-related education is desirable.
