A Bonded Warehouse or RTO gives you the opportunity to store goods with deferred payment of import duties or other levies. With Gateway's Bonded Warehouse software, you can easily and efficiently manage non-Union goods and comply with all the administrative obligations of Customs. DVA, short for "Customs Transport Application," (in Dutch "Douane Vervoer Applicatie") is the new Dutch customs system replacing the NCTS (New Computerised Transit System) in the Netherlands. Gateway's DVA software is integrated with Bonded Warehouse. Upon Transit arrival, you can scan the MRN number and generate the document instantly. You can also easily create your Transit Departure declaration within a few clicks. With our smart, software, the risk of extra customs duties is minimized.

EMCS stands for Excise Movement and Control System. Transport and storage of excise goods within the EU are subject to strict regulations. For such goods, it is mandatory to declare an EMCS document with Customs. One of the significant advantages of using Gateway is the ability to generate an EMCS document directly from your existing data, saving time and preventing errors. Additionally, you can reuse the data from your EMCS declaration, for instance, for creating an export declaration. This data reuse contributes to time savings and error prevention.

_{DMS 4.1 is an advanced customs system that has replaced GPA and SPA. Our DMS 4.1 solution offers seamless and efficient handling of Bonded Warehouse management and IIAA obligations. With full integration with other customs processes and support for automated Auditfile, Gateway simplifies complex customs requirements of DMS 4.1 and ensures a smooth transition to new customs procedures.}

_{With our AES (Automated Export System) software, we offer exporters an advanced solution to meet the requirements of the customs exit process. Gateway's AES software significantly simplifies the declaration process through automated functionalities and integration with DMS Export and EMCS. This enables exporters to fulfill AES obligations and seamlessly transition to new customs messages such as AAX and EXD declarations.}

Gateway can complete all administartion related with Fiscale Representation, and does it by reusing all information from declarations. You can also easily create an overview of information that is required for the VAT declaration or for your clients. 

Gateway supports the MID (Notification Import Document) and MED (Notification Export Document) handling through interfacing with Portbase. In Gateway, you can easily send electronic notifications to all the sea port terminals. Based on your wish, Gateway can also send all relevant information to Portbase after receiving the release message from the Customs. After the pre-declaration, you can also send the messages to Portbase in Gateway. The proces is fully automated in Gateway.

_{Gateway provides an advanced solution for automating the customs presentation for the Container Release Message (CVB). Through seamless integration with Portbase and Customs, the presentation message is automatically sent as soon as goods arrive at the Dutch port, preventing delays and significantly speeding up logistical processes.}

The PGTS function in Gateway supports you in sending all necessary messages to the PGTS system of Cargonaut and to register movements of goods in your RTO. 

Integrated with Client Import, the national system of the NVWA, Gateway streamlines the submission process for import phytosanitary inspection requests, known as PD Import or CHED-PP (in Dutch “GGB-PP”). Client Import is seamlessly integrated with TracesNT, directly communicating data to this European system, ensuring full compliance with all European requirements for importing plants and plant products. With Gateway, initiating a phytosanitary inspection request allows for effortless transformation into a DMS import declaration and vice versa. Furthermore, Gateway offers validation support to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your PD Import documents before submission to the NVWA. Learn more about our CLIENT Import solution. 

Gateway also streamlines the submission process of Common Health Entry Document (CHED, also known as GGB). It includes CHED-A for animals, CHED-P for products of animal origin, and CHED-D for non-animal origin feed and food. Integrated with VGC (Veterinary Border Control), a national system of the NVWA, Gateway ensures efficient communication, facilitating compliance with European regulations for importing animals and animal products. VGC is integrated with TracesNT, directly communicating data to this European system. With Gateway, you can easily convert a CHED document into a DMS import declaration and vice versa. Additionally, Gateway provides validation support to ensure the accuracy and completeness of CHED documents prior to their submission to the NVWA. Learn more about our CHED Import solution. 

In Gateway, you can create various origin documents such as Certificate of Origin (CVO), EUR.1 Certificate or legalise your invoices, all of which can be swiftly completed in Gateway. 

In Gateway, you can send notification of the Provisioning for a ship, and automatically receive a confirmation of export in case of re-export. This is completed in Gateway through an electronic message for both the sea and air freight processes. After the sending of your document, you can also further handle everything digitally. 

You can also send directly IDEP declarations in Gateway to the Central Office of Statistics (CBS). Gateway features templates for your processes and can also make reuse of the existent data, really advantegous and time-saving. 

Gateway supports CID (Comfort Information). In Gateway, you can request the latest customs exchange rates, validate the EORI or the VAT numbers with the Customs, including the VAT-deferment based on Article 23. 

In Gateway, you can conduct DTV validation before sending your declarations to Customs. This validation can be performed on the declaration level and the whole manifest level, very efficient for you. Furthermore, Gateway can also pre-calculate the customs duties and other charges such as VAT, allowing you to control it first before sending it to the Customs. This function can be combined with the Customs Deposit Guard in Gateway.

Gateway is very experienced in interfacing with many systems such as ERP or WMS. For many systems in the market, Gateway has standard specifications for the interfacing, but we can also make, test, and implement new interfaces for you. The interfaces can be made via methods such as API, CSV, XML.
